Andrew Mitchelson, UK
Andrew Mitchelson is Projects Manager at the Live Art Development Agency working closely on the creative programmes with the Director, Lois Keidan, to deliver a portfolio of projects, initiatives, professional development programmes, residencies, critical dialogues and events. He also contributes to publishing and running Unbound, the Agency’s online shop for Live Art books and dvds.
Through increasingly working in international contexts, the Agency supports artists and curators working in Live Art and Performance to develop ideas and projects. In recent years Andrew has become particularly interested in ways to support and develop cross-cultural dialogue and artistic exchanges which support artists and their practices. Andrew is also a practicing artist and has just completed an MA in Performance from Queen Mary, University of London.
