ArtRole’s three-day festival Post War Art & Culture in Iraq-KRG |
A three-day event opened by Richard Wilson’s completed 20:50 oil installation and comprising a symposium, presentations, a city-tour for guests and performances. Artists directly involved are 20 from Iraq and 6 from the UK. Curators will feature on the guests/delegates attending. |

ArtRole in collaboration with Cornerhouse in Manchester to co-produce an exhibition of Contemporary Art from Iraq, Submissions have been invited from Iraq based artists for new and recent work in the fields of film and video, sound art, digital art, photography, graphic art, sculpture, painting and performance. The curated exhibition will showcase a selection of this work across Cornerhouse’s galleries. |
